Robert Krause (BSc Geologist)
Mr. Krause has over 30 years of industry experience as a geologist having worked extensively in North, Central and South America with an emphasis on geochemistry and exploration geology in, epithermal gold deposits, disseminated gold deposits, porphyry copper-gold deposits and magmatic nickel-copper-PGE (platinum group element) deposits. Mr. Krause is an exploration and project geologist having served as vice-president of exploration for numerous junior mining companies on three continents, also holding numerous directorships of public mining companies.
Mr. Krause was instrumental in identifying and proving up an over-one-million-ounce-gold-equivalent gold deposit in Honduras, Central America. That company was bought out by Geomaque Mines, a mid-tier gold producer that placed the deposit into production. As project geologist and vice-president of exploration he has directed and overseen logistics and budgets in excess of $10-million per year in extreme environments such as the high Arctic, the jungles of South America and the Alto-Plano in Bolivia.
Al Beaton (P.Eng)
Mr. Beaton (P.Eng), has been involved with the original Treasure Mountain Mine since its discovery in the 1980’s and worked closely with Magnus Bratlien, the prospector who advanced the project over the years. Mr. Beaton was responsible for four levels of development and over 1000 feet of vertical development – over 10,000 feet with drifts and raises – prior to commercial production by Huldra Silver Inc. (currently Nicola Mining Inc.) where Mr. Beaton served as the Mine Manager over its three years of operations.
Wesley Warthe-Anderson (B.A.)
Mr. Warthe-Anderson received an honours degree in economics from the University of Victoria. In addition, he has formal training working with public companies, financing, and governance compliance through Simon Fraser University. Mr. Warthe-Anderson has an extensive background in marketing and statistical analysis. Over the past seven years he has worked on various mining projects throughout Canada.
Robert Birmingham (B.A.)
Mr. Birmingham has over 10 years’ experience in the mining industry and capital markets, with a focus on corporate development, investor relations and capital raising. He has been on the board of multiple TSX.V and CSE companies, and holds a degree from Capilano University.
Barry Brown (B.Comm)
Since 1978, Mr. Brown has been president of Barry Developments Ltd., a wholly owned private company involved in the organization, reorganization, and management of private and public companies. Mr. Brown has over 35 years of experience as a director and/or officer of a number of public companies. Mr. Brown received a bachelor of commerce in finance from the University of British Columbia.
